Quack, Quack!!!!!!!

Today turned out much better than we expected as the rain dwindled down to a fine mist that covered everything with mystique and the world of fairytales and forbidden love. We visited Tiannemen (sp?) square and The Forbidden city, The Temple of Heaven and two great meals with new foods and music and dance! What a day! Here's some photos! Ahhhhh! Beijing

We made it to Beijing! After many hours of trying travel with a very talkative four-year old we have arrived! We will add more tomorrow, but for now here are some photos of our day!

This is a picture of Grace in July of 2005! It's neat to see what she looked like a year ago. In 3 days we will be flying toward China and toward making Grace part of our family. Hopefully we can put a smile on this face!

On June 19th, shortly after 4 pm we rec'd the call we had been waiting for!!!!!!!!! We have our travel approval and the last 2 weeks have been a whirlwind of airline tickets, travel plans and visa applications. We can now breathe for a few days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will leave to travel to China on July 26th! We will spend 3 nights in Beijing then off to Nanjing to meet Grace!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!!!!!! More info to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
